This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you sign up to receive the PROST Magazine.

The data controller is Moskito S.A., 20 rue des sangliers, L-7344 Steinsel, Luxembourg. For any question about your data: moien@prostmagazine.lu.
Data collected
When you sign up we collect: first name, last name, street & number, post code, locality, country and email address. For security and abuse prevention we also store your IP address and the registration date.
Purpose
This data is used solely to send you the PROST Magazine free of charge by post. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Technical providers acting on our behalf may have access: our hosting provider and Cloudflare for the form's anti-spam protection (Turnstile service). See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Transfers outside the EU
As part of these services, certain technical data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as you are subscribed and is deleted after you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: moien@prostmagazine.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg's national data protection authority).
